Let us take you on a spectacular adventure through the alpine terrain of the San Juan Mountains to one of the nation’s newest and most stunning national parks., the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. As we drive along the rim of the Canyon, each breathtaking vista affirms the landscape’s limitless splendor. Don’t forget your camera!

You will enjoy a sumptuous lunch in the town of Ridgway, where the John Wayne movie “True Grit” was filmed and then on to the quaint and picturesque town of Ouray for shopping . Here you will have the opportunity to visit the newly renovated Beaumont Hotel built in 1886 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

We will also visit the Ute Indian Museum* where we will explore the history and unique culture of the Native Americans that still reside in this region.
